Up for grabs
Someone can't make these. Bid on any you can work and a manager picks who gets it. If you're picked, it shows under My schedule and you're confirmed. You don't need to confirm it again.
Nothing up for grabs right now
When someone gives a shift back, it shows up here and on your Backstage home. Shifts on days you're already working don't show.
